Match day

Check who is turning up, and let teams fix their rosters without losing control.

How are you doing it?

Confirmation

Confirmation proves a team will play. Seated managers press Confirm in their lobby channel. If they cannot, they press Withdraw and the seat frees up.

Window
Optional UTC start and end. Leave the start empty to open it by hand. Leave the end empty to keep it open until you close it.
Message
The confirmation prompt text. Optional.
Open / Close
A button to open or close confirmation at any time. The prompts update straight away.

In Discord

Configure… → Confirmation sets the window and message. Open confirmation / Close confirmation are on the dashboard home.

On the web dashboard

The Confirmation tab has the window and message. The switch is on Overview.

What teams and organizers see

  • While open, each lobby channel shows a prompt with Confirm and Withdraw.
  • On the slot list, teams that have not confirmed appear in italics. Confirmed teams are plain.
  • When the window closes, the buttons grey out and the prompt says confirmation is closed. Prompts from earlier stages stay disabled.
  • A manager with several teams in one lobby chooses which teams to confirm or withdraw.
  • Withdrawing takes the lobby role back, updates the slot list, and returns the approval message to unassigned so you can seat someone else.

Roster edits

Registration locks a roster. Roster edits let managers fix it later without re-registering, within limits you choose.

Roster-edits channel
Per stage. The bot keeps a sticky message there with Edit roster and Edit managers, and posts a plain log of every change.
Allowed edits
From 0 to 6 per team. Changing a player ID, or adding a player, uses one. Changing an in-game name, a Discord account, the country or managers is free.
Open / Close edits
A switch for the live stage. It is disabled until the stage has a roster-edits channel.

Managers can undo and redo on the edit card. Undoing a used edit gives it back. Edits change the registered snapshot only, not the live team.

In Discord

Set the channel and allowance under Configure… → Stages → pick the stage → Roster edits. Use Open edits / Close edits on the dashboard home.

On the web dashboard

Set the channel and allowance on the Stages tab in Settings. The switch is on Overview.

Score the matches

When games finish, write scores into the sheet by hand or with Auto Score, then post a results image. Run /sheets update first if teams or rosters changed.
