Registering

How to get your team into an event and keep your seat.

Event type

Tournament

Register for a tournament

You must manage the team. Registration only works while the organizer's registration window is open.

  1. Run /register in the server. Add team_name if you want to skip the picker.
  2. If the server has more than one active event, pick the event first, then your team.
  3. The bot checks the organizer's roster rules, such as a minimum number of players or players who must be in the server. Fix anything it lists.
  4. The bot posts a public notice in the registration channel and an approval message for organizers.
  5. Wait to be placed. If auto-accept is on, you are seated straight away. Otherwise an organizer picks your lobby.
  6. When the confirmation window opens, press Confirm in your lobby channel. Press Withdraw if you cannot play.

Your roster is locked at registration

The bot saves a snapshot of your team when you register. Later changes in /team do not change it. To fix a mistake:

  • If the organizer set up roster edits, use the sticky message in the roster-edits channel. Changing a player ID or adding a player uses one of your limited edits. Changing an in-game name, a Discord account, the country or managers is free, and you can undo.
  • Otherwise run /register again while registration is open. The bot asks you to confirm, then replaces the snapshot.

Confirm or withdraw

Confirm in your lobby channel while the window is open. The slot list shows teams that have not confirmed in italics. If you manage more than one team in the lobby, the bot asks which ones to act on. Withdraw frees your seat for someone else.

Scrim

Register for a scrim

You have two ways in. Both are ordered by the time Discord stamped on your message or command, so it is fair even if the bot is slow.

Option A: /register

Needs an Axis team. Run /register. In the registration or waitlist channel it goes straight to that scrim. Anywhere else it asks which scrim you mean. If you have no Axis team yet, create one with /create team. You only do that once.

Option B: paste a message

No Axis team needed. In the registration channel, post this and mention the bot somewhere in it:

%register Team Name TAG @manager1 @manager2 @Axis Manager

Brackets around the tag do not matter. [ABC], (ABC) and ABC are the same tag.

What the bot answers

The bot reacts to your message so the channel stays tidy.

ReactionMeaning
✅You have a seat.
⏳Lobby is full. You are on the waitlist.
🔁Duplicate. The same name and tag, or the same Axis team, is already registered.
❓The bot could not read the format. It replies with the template.
⏰Too early. Registration has not opened.
🚫You are banned from this scrim.
⭐VIP registration is open and you do not have the VIP role.
📣You forgot to mention the bot, so it could not read the message.

The day, from your side

  • A notification may post before registration opens.
  • If you have a VIP role, your window opens earlier than everyone else's.
  • Managers of a seated team get that lobby's captain role. Waitlisted managers get the waitlist role.
  • In the confirmation window, press Confirm in your lobby channel. Unconfirmed seats are freed afterward.
  • In the waitlist window, register again to claim a freed seat. The bot may swap you in automatically.
Skipped matches can get you banned

Organizers can ban teams that miss matches. A ban lasts a number of scrim days and stops you registering. You see how many days are left when you try.
